1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using the Business Boosted platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Description of service

Business Boosted provides an AI-powered Growth GAP Report platform. The Service generates website analysis reports using publicly available data and AI language models. Reports are informational and for guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Resell or redistribute reports without written permission (except as permitted under agency/enterprise plans).
• Submit false or misleading business information to generate reports.
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or defraud others.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are not available for completed reports or months already billed. Cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Intellectual property

Business Boosted owns all rights to the platform, its design, and its underlying technology. Reports generated through the Service are provided for your use as a customer. You retain the right to use, share, and present reports generated for your own business or on behalf of clients under your plan type.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business Boosted does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report. AI-generated analysis is based on publicly available data and may contain errors or omissions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Boosted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting info@businessboosted.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
